I’m Jessica, the founder of Three Tides Consulting. As a working mother of three, I know how quickly priorities shift in business and life. I built this woman-owned business to bring calm to the chaos and help people keep moving.

My career has spanned operations, project management, inside sales, marketing, customer service, and events. When projects pile up or a process breaks down, I enjoy stepping into the moving pieces, seeing the bigger picture, and building a clear path forward.
